Community Focus: 2008 Sales in Des Peres, MO, 63131

Current inventory in 63131 totals 123 units, which means we can anticipate an absorption rate of almost 9 months (the time it will take to sell the current inventory). Many of these aging listings are overpriced.
The bottom line is this: If you can price your home competitively, it will sell.
